Between spring and late fall, we welcome fans (and dogs!) into our three seasonal beer gardens in Boston:

  • Night Shift Esplanade – by the Hatch Shell along the Charles River, open daily!
  • Night Shift Allston – at Herter Park along the Charles River
  • Night Shift on The Greenway – by South Station in Dewey Square

Each beer garden offer an exceptional guest experience, with a variety of beers, hard seltzers, and wines, as well as non-alc options and snacks. We also aim to have a food truck on-site each day that we are open!

Beer Garden Locations

Esplanade (Boston)

With breathtaking views of the Charles River and Boston Harbor, this is Boston’s most iconic beer garden. From spring through late fall, we welcome fans (and dogs!) daily into our Esplanade Beer Garden. We pour a variety of beers, hard seltzers, wines, and non-alc options. We also serve snacks, and aim to have a food truck on-site each day that we are open. Grab a pour of Whirlpool and watch the sunset over the Charles as you sip!

Between Berkeley & Clarendon Streets along the Storrow Lagoon (use the Dartmouth Street footbridge for access)

Allston (Herter Park)

Overlooking the Charles River, this scenic, spacious spot is family-friendly, dog-friendly, perfect for your next summertime adventure. From spring through late fall, we welcome fans (and dogs!) into our Allston Beer Garden. We pour a variety of beers, hard seltzers, wines, and non-alc options. We also serve snacks, and aim to have a food truck on-site each day that we are open!

ON the greenway

Nestled in the heart of Boston’s Financial District, just steps from bustling South Station, Night Shift on The Greenway offers an urban oasis. This vibrant beer garden is surrounded by beautifully landscaped greenery in picturesque Dewey Square, providing a welcome respite from the city’s pace. Whether you’re seeking an after-work escape, a weekend gathering with friends, or a moment of tranquility during your commute, Night Shift on The Greenway delivers an experience that is equal parts refreshing and rejuvenating, with a rotating selection of draft beers, wine, and non-alcs to savor amidst the lush greenery. Rotating food trucks on site daily!

RESERVATIONS

Space at our locations is available through walk-ins only, reservations are not accepted. If you have a larger group and would like to rent out table space, or book a private event, please contact our Events team!

DOGS

We love our pups and they are very welcome at both of our beer garden locations! Doggos strongly encouraged.

Food

We have food trucks available at our Esplanade and Allston locations, as well as snacks available on site. Guests are welcome to bring outside food to enjoy with your Night Shift beverages! A friendly reminder that our gardens are hosted on conservation sites with few trash receptacles so we appreciate any and all help keeping our spaces clean!
