Join us for a morning of yoga and mindfulness with 2MindfulGirls Kids Yoga! In this class, children will be immersed in their senses as they move, breathe, play, and relax! We will do yoga poses for all things Spring, mindfulness games, and of course learn different breathing strategies. Grab a drink and relax while the kids are taken care of!

Recommended age range: 4-10 years old

Please bring a yoga mat and water for your child! Limited mats will be available.
