Our sour ales are tart and fruit-forward, with an abundance of real fruit in every can! The recipe uses both lactobacillus and brewer’s yeast during fermentation to achieve a high level of complexity. We rotate this series every few months to keep it fresh and exciting!

We took inspo from one of our favorite summer treats and loaded up on fruit for the first Weisse release of 2022. We brewed this sour with THREE delicious fruits – heaping amounts of blood orange, guava, and pineapple. It’s a truly tropical 6.4% thirst-quencher, and will quickly snap you out of any winter blues.
