Morph 71 is a 6% India Pale Ale that focuses on citrus and tropical hop aromas with a touch of sweetness and bitterness on the finish. This batch uses a variety of hops through the process – Calypso, Chinook, Amarillo, El Dorado, Amarillo, Vic Secret and Citra Cryo. All blend together to produce aromas of orange mango juice and bright lime zest with notes of yellow peaches, red apples and the slight bitterness of grapefruit on the taste.
Morph 72 is a 5.5% India Pale Ale that uses a different variety of hops to produce a strong orange citrus and tropical hop aroma and taste. This batch blends Calypso, Simcoe Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo, and New Zealand cascade hops. The result – a more potent pure hop character due to the cryo hops with an aroma of sweet orange, melon and white gummy bears with fruity notes of orange zest and peach on the taste with a slight resinous finish.
